Cities of You by Brian Foo
“Cities of You is a project that envisions people as imaginary places. Inspired by Italo Calvino’s Invisible Cities, I travel through each city and describe their special properties- how the buildings are built, how the people live, its history, culture, and reputation. As the project progresses, I revisit some cities, describing how they evolve over time or enter unexplored parts of the cities. I’m feeling Full Moon stress today.
Which means when I get home today, I need to apply that energy to other things. I plan on making moon water this weekend, if weather permits. I want to get some more drawing done (since I was hired as a permanent employee here, I was asked not to draw at work anymore, which is perfectly fine, but now I have limited time to do so) since I’m working on a larger-sized mandala at home.
I would also like to write in my journal tonight, if I can remember. It has been far too long since I’ve written anything, large or small.
